We monitor each phase and give the possibility to process the production cycle through modern interconnection protocols to management systems
and problem-shooting.
A second life to injection presses
The process – how do we do it:
We receive the machinery, dismantle it and identify the parts to be replaced, overhauled, retrofitted or updated according to the new executive standards. We sort out the components that are still functional and those that must be replaced.
We carefully lubricate both types of machines, whether with toggle- or hydraulic closures.
After that, we modify the lubrification system according to needs, redo the bushings, overhaul the hydraulic cylinders, and replace the gasket pack, grinding machine surfaces, and sliding pads.
The core of injection moulding machines is the hydraulic layout; in most cases, we update it to modern technologies. We do it by replacing the old valves with new electronic control systems, new generation pumps and inverters and completely replacing the exhausted piping.
The transducers and the electrical system are completely replaced and updated to current standards to obtain modern and fast electronics. The operator interface hardware and software management is replaced with our latest-generation HMIs.
We sand the doors and paint the various parts; in fact, that stage is dedicated to how the machines will look. We collaborate with the customer and accept his preferences regarding colour and application of logos based on the desired customisation.
Our technicians overcheck the quality and security requirements for the certifications. Besides, they check all the rest needed for returning a properly working product that is safe to use for the operators. Finally, we complete the connections to the customer service and the ESM.

Satellite injectors
The SLM satellite injectors satisfy the most demanding customisation requests.
The injection unit includes the part of the machinery that goes from the hopper, where the solid granular material arrives, to the injector of the plasticised fluid
in the mould.
This satellite injector consists of a worm with variable sections and profiles in an electronically heated cylinder. Besides rotating, it moves axially along the cylinder, allowing the solid plastic material to load, melt and finally be injected through a nozzle in the fixed plane of the press.
The SLM satellite injectors can be mounted horizontally and vertically,
while the injection unit can be brought down manually or by hydraulic control.
The mould – into which the molten plastic material is injected
can be clamped horizontally or vertically, allowing thus great flexibility
in the design phase.
The axis movement of the injection unit is carried out using manual mechanical control, but when required, we can apply hydraulic customisation.
The operating panel with the HMI interface
The injection unit has a touchscreen control panel with the following simple electric/electronic integration commands:
- The input of interfaceable cycle parameters to the original control panel
of the press
- Alarm display
- Signal diagnostics
- Remote assistance
- Euromap 63/77 OPCUA corresponding to 4.0 industry protocols
Rotary tables
Alongside the satellite injectors of our production, the rotary tables transform the single standard mono-injector press into a multi-injection press!
To meet the current market needs, we offer a full range starting from Ø 300 mm
to Ø 3000 mm, varying from 110 mm to 200 mm. We customise it according to the customers’ needs, and the press rotary table is mounted. All technical features, from water to oil circuits, are being considered. The gaskets have been designed to withstand up to 100 bars of pressure with a maximum of 80 ° C and the courses can reach
up to 8 + 8.
Features:
The available rotation capacities are 0 – 180 ° – 0 – 360 ° with intermediate steps
at 30 ° – 60 ° – 120 ° and, depending on the diameters of the tables (dry cycle),
the average rotation time reaches up to 1.5 sec.
The rotary table is managed by a touchscreen control panel that allows a simple integration to the press to manage:
- The settings of the working cycle
- Alarm display
- Signal diagnostics
- Remote assistance
- Neuroma 63/77 OPCUA corresponding to 4.0 industry protocol
